These foods can help your eyes retain moisture, protect your vision, also boost your health.

Today our routine is very busy and for the computer users their is too difficult to save your eye sight. Read how few thing make your eye stronger.

1. Carrots: 

Eat carrot directly or in the form of juice help a lot to eye. Always prefer this natural food.

2. Leafy Greens:

As everyone know that Green vegetable are full of iron and many vitamins which make our body healthy. So obviously it keep our eye health

3. Eggs: 

By eating eggs we can get Vitamin D which make not only our Bones  stronger but also keep eye healthy.
